Sonya Blakeley was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She began the Inspired Arts Ministry to express the word of God through dance. Her productions reflect moments, issues and situations that relate to audiences of all ages, races and genders. She launched dance ministries in churches, taught classes, workshops, and organized praise and worship concerts. She was also selected as the dance coordinator/choreographer for the Cleveland Praisefest in 2008. Sonya believes if you address the needs of a person’s heart and spirit, you empower them to affect change in their lives and communities.
